Plug in audio and video cables Connect one end of your audio/video cables to your set top box by matching the colors of the yellow with yellow (video line-in), red with red, white with white (audio line-in).

 

 

Connect to your TV or VCR Connect the other end of your cables to your TV/VCR's video and audio outlets by also matching the colors of the cables with the colors of the outlets.

 

Hotwire set top box Connect the Ethernet CAT5 to the LAN Ethernet Port on the set top box.

 

Connect to internet router Connect the other end of the Ethernet CAT5 cable to your internet router.

 

Power up Power up, turn your TV and set top box ON using remote controls. Switch your TV to video 1 to 2.

Q. How soon after I get the BOX / Receiver will I be able to start watching TFC?

A. Once the BOX / Receiver is hooked up, you will be able start watching your favorite programs immediately.

Q. What happens if the TV is in a different room to the broadband gateway/router?

A. If you can, the best option is to place your router next to the TV. Another option is to provide Ethernet cabling from wherever the router is (usually the hall or study) to the TV.

Although not recommended by TFCko, the set top box does have a Wi/Fi Wireless B/G capability. If you have a Wireless B/G router, you can set up the set top box to receive the internet signal that way. You may experience some buffering interruptions using Wi-Fi.

Q. Is TFCko the same as IPTV?

A. Yes.

Q. Aside from my monthly subscription fee, is there an additional charge in availing your service?

A. ABS-CBN will not charge you additional charges in your monthly subscription. However, please contact your Internet provider for any additional cost and limit in your bandwidth’s monthly capacity.
